This area is near San Isabel National Forest and Pike National Forest between Hartsel and Lake George.  It's near Spinney Mountain and Eleven Mile Reservoirs.  Roads within the area are good.  

Pike San Isabel Village is east of Hartsel with easy access off Hwy 24 via Elkhorn Road.  Electricity is available in much of this area.  


South Park Ranches is easily accessed from Hwy 24. Utilities are not available in most areas.  Residences in these sub-divisions are well, septic, solar electric etc.  Most of the lots are approximately 5 acres.
