We live in Gilpin County with our grandson.  We have a vacation home near San Felipe, Baja Mexico on the Sea of Cortez. 

Diane, a Denver native, has worked in the mortgage & lending industry.  She ran home daycare & worked as a private nanny.  She ran the office for Iron Buffalo Motorcycle Training until we sold it in 2012. 

Erik is from Madison Wisconsin.  He retired from the Air Force when Lowry AFB closed in 1994 when he started Iron Buffalo Motorcycle Training.  Erik's Air Force service included explosives, heavy equipment maintenance and he was a Master Instructor for the Air Training Command. 

We started investing in mountain land in 2001 with a 6 acre mining claim.  Since then we have bought & sold several properties.  We specialize in vacant mountain land.  Some of our land is best suited for recreational use and some is well suited for residential construction.
